Senior Event Production Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently seeking an event marketing & production coordinator that can help execute events for our clients. This role is meant to be a senior coordinator that will be promoted to Producer within a year after hitting key benchmarks.

This role will work on a team or independently to produce pop-ups, mobile tours, press events, parties, conferences, and promotions


  • Work with Account Managers to develop integrated proposals for clients
  • Creatively develop with Account Managers the event concept and user experience
  • Event Production duties can include venue scouting, permit applications, vendor negotiations (catering, furniture, AV/Sound)
  • Cultivate relationships with outside vendors including, but not limited to scenic fabricators, technology vendors (AR, VR, digital) and staffing agencies
  • Work with our graphic designer to develop any mock-ups for proposals
  • Develop powerpoint decks for creative approvals from client
  • Develop floorplans, user flows and mood boards to communicate the event environment
  • Put together staffing grids, training manuals and the like for events 

the ideal candidate IS:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience producing events
  • Is proficient in using PowerPoint for proposals
  • Looking to work in a small / boutique agency
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends and travel when needed for events
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • A great communicator, both verbally and in writing (humor and interest in developing original copy is a plus) 
  • Personable and has a positive attitude

  • Polished and has ability to communicate well with clients and guests at an event
  • Responsible and accountable for work
  • Highly passionate about events and the industry 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas in a fast paced environment
